if you want to test email forms and if you already test your main gmail you can follow this to test email forms follow this example
let say you have email call cherry@gmail.com
2nd test email you can try cherry+test2@gmail.com
3 test email you can try cherry+test3@gmail.com
4 test email you can try cherry+test4@gmail.com
like that you can keep contunue testing it wil stil goes to your main gmail if they have email follow up set up
